Policies
Check-In Time: 4:00pm
Check-Out Time: 10:00am
Dog-Friendly: Well-behaved dogs are permitted at owner’s discretion for an extra $150/stay/per dog. Damages will be charged to dog owner.
Payment: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Balance of fees payable 30 days in advance of stay. Secure payments through QuickBooks e-payment system.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the full deposit will be retained. We appreciate your understanding, as cancellations impact our ability to rebook the property.
